Avery Michaels and Exit 209 work the land and horses by day and ride the audience hard at night. I've been hearing that I just had to make it out to see and hear these real country artists at the GG Shinn Club in Alexandria. They play every first Friday of each month. They've got several great singers, big tall good looks, and a song list that includes all the country favorites from the '80's all the way up to present day. They play two steps, polkas, cha cha's, and swing dances, but are prone to just bust out any minute with rockin songs like AC/DC's "Shook Me All Night Long," and start climbing the stage and running into the crowd at any given moment. It was fun. It was hot. It was sexy. It was country! I highly recommend you check this band out. Toby Ihli
